We are looking for a Lead Generation & Data Analyst who can combine prospecting skills with
data-driven decision-making. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, maintaining
CRM data, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize sales and marketing strategies. The
ideal candidate should be equally comfortable with research, outreach, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
● Research, identify, and qualify potential leads using ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, and other
prospecting tools.
● Execute outreach campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, calls if required) to generate and nurture
leads.
● Maintain and update lead data accurately in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce,
etc.)
● Collect, clean, and analyze lead and campaign data to track performance.
● Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups,
charts) or BI tools.
● Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, lead quality, pipeline progress, and campaign
ROI.
● Share insights and recommendations with the sales/marketing teams to improve
targeting and conversions.
Required Skills & Competencies:
● 2+ years of experience in lead generation, data analysis, or a combined
sales-analytics role.
● MBA in marketing
● Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.
● Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent).
● Good research and prospecting skills.
● Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
