We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and support digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with company goals and campaigns.
- Create engaging content including social media posts, captions, carousels, blogs, reels, and short-form content.
- Write clear, creative, and SEO-friendly content for social media, website, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers and other teams to develop high-quality marketing creatives.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to identify new content opportunities.
- Manage day-to-day social media posting, engagement, comments, and audience interactions.
- Track and analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, leads, and conversions.
- Support marketing campaigns, product/service promotions, events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Optimize content based on performance insights and audience behavior.
- Ensure consistency in the company’s brand voice, messaging, and visual communication.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Ability to create engaging and platform-specific content.
- Good communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools will be an advantage.
